GreenGasUSA announces RNG project from food and agricultural waste in SC

Net Zero

GreenGasUSA is pleased to announce a major renewable gas project using food/agricultural waste in South Carolina. This project will capture fugitive methane from an agricultural facility, produce renewable natural gas (RNG) and inject into an interstate pipeline at GreenGasUSA’s injection point. This effort generates new income streams for agricultural businesses in SC and eliminates the CO2 equivalent of more than 10,000 vehicles per year. The RNG will be consumed by a large industrial customer that will achieve carbon neutrality for a significant portion of its SC operations. We are thankful for all the incredible partners that helped make this groundbreaking and industry leading project a reality. More to follow soon
